Client: Variety Magazine
Brief: Create two charcoal portraits of the director David Fincher for his feature in Variety magazine
I was approached by Variety Magazine to create a realistic charcoal portrait of David Fincher, to be used in a feature to promote his latest film, 'Mank'. The portrait was well-received and I was subsequently commissioned to draw another to be featured alongside it, with both drawings featuring in the printed issue as well as online.
